What should I expect for my first appointment?
Our styling specialist will meet with you to understand your needs. We will walk you through our assortment and help put together for your best look. When you are ready, we will take your measurements and place the order for you.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Once you have booked an appointment with us, you will get a confirmation email with everything you will need to bring to the appointment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A typical order will take 2 weeks to arrive. We will contact you to come in for a fitting and tailoring (if necessary).
How long is an appointment?
Our typical appointments are 30 to 60 minutes long depending on the size of your wedding party.
What happens if the Suit doesn't fit?
We promise to be the solution, not the problem. If things are not up to your expectations, we will make it right.
What about returns and exchanges?
Unfortunately, since our suits are tailored for each individual, we cannot accept returns after the order has been placed. We will, however, make every effort to make sure the product meets your expectations.
